How it works
Submit a Deletion Request
Three simple steps
Identify your account
Share the registered phone number or email used on EthnicHaat.
Verification
We may send a one-time confirmation to verify that the account is yours.
Processing
Once verified, deletion is completed within 7 days.
2 What gets deleted
- Account profile data (name, phone, email) and app preferences
- Saved addresses and non-required metadata
- Any marketing consents tied to the account
3 What we may retain
Limited records required by law (e.g., tax/GST invoices and statutory transaction logs) for the legally mandated period. These are kept securely and are not used for marketing.
4 Important notes
- If you placed an order recently, we’ll process deletion after order completion or cancellation.
- If you submitted the request by mistake, contact us within 24 hours to cancel it.
- You can continue shopping later by creating a fresh account.
